Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to the Golf & Leisure industry. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our latest facility in Lao Cai, Vietnam.

Basic Function: 

Lead the Human Resources department, focusing on maintaining high employee satisfaction, effective HR administration, and robust people development systems. 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage recruitment, including understanding labor market trends and sourcing candidates. 

• Oversee employee performance systems, including probation and annual appraisals. 

• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure effective HR system utilisation. 

• Coordinate with managers and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing. 

• Develop and update HR policies, training materials, and job descriptions. 

• Plan and monitor HR and training budgets. 

• Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR planning and employee development. 

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 

 

Job Profile and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 

• At least 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international context. 

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. 

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken. 

• Experience in training programme development and people management.
