Absolute Golf Services Co., Ltd is a leading provider of management and consultancy services to the Golf & Leisure industry. We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our latest facility in Lao Cai, Vietnam.

 

Basic Function: 

The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading all marketing aspects, maintaining club operations, services, and personnel standards to achieve financial goals.

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including communication and activities plans, marketing material inventory, and budget management. 

• Produce and maintain marketing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). 

• Lead business development efforts, including market research, database growth o f potential business development influences, and support in marketing plan creation. 

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Management Companys to support operational strategic planning. 

• Engage in personnel management activities, including hiring, supervision, development, and training. 

 

Job Profile and Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business operation, preferably in golf course and sports club management. 

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken. 

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

• Strong communication, interpersonal, financial acumen, relationship building, and negotiating skills. 

• Detail-oriented with excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills. 

• Highly independent, driven, able to perform well under pressure and results-oriented.
